He's only an ambulance chaser. Won't take a real case. Don't bother calling them if you're not involved in a slip and fall or car accident, you'll just be wasting your time.

Thee!! worst ever!!! The Lawyers never show up for court, they con you out of thousands of dollars!!! Hard to reach by phone, very short and uninterested in helping your case!!! ROONEY is a JOKE!!! SAVE your MONEY!!!!

Had to find an attorney in Chico for a child support and arrears case. Found Rooneyblaw firm which is a joke of a law firm. I calls my attorney 4 times the week before my trial and every time my attorney was "busy" and would call me back. Never heard a phone call back. Called them the morning of my case to inform them that their services were no longer needed. They charge $400 an hour to bs you and then the attorney was trying to tell me that my child support case worker didn't know what she was talking about and that I should take a plea deal for my arrears when the arrears were wiped out by a judge and not a freaking commissioner. Think I'll be deducting some money from whatbthey say I owe.

Hired Rooney firm for 2 different cases at the same time. A DUI charge and custody. Not only were they lazy, flakey and full of sh**,. They didn't even show up on they day I made my plea bargain which caused the judge to get ticked off and go against the deal I had made. Then my girlfriend and I did all the work on my custody battle. Marquez was a complete kitten in court. Just tried to agree to anything the other side wanted. My gf and I had to make calls and talk to the court mediator and whoever else we could to get the job done ourselves. I fired Marquez and Rooney's office has more contact with and works harder then I've ever seen them work trying to get more money from me they will never see. Oh. I only hired them because my girlfriend was using them for her divorce. She is still going through her divorce and Marquez has continued to be a last court room kitten lawyer and screw her over. To bad we already paid them and can't afford to hire anyone else. A public defender would be better then these clowns. I mean it whole heartedly. We are in the middle of bar association complaints against Marquez and I believe Odan was the other lawyers name. DONT WASTE YOUR MOMEY OR RISK YOUR WELL BEING WITH THIS JOKE OF A LAW FIRM.

Rooney law firm works for you. They go above and beyond. I got the best possible outcome with there help.

Basically paid $3,500.00 for nothing. When the sheriff's office refused to hand over documents crucial to my custody case, they made it seem like they would obtain them, then went along with the bs. I was represented by two different paralegals who didn't care at all for the case, nor fight for me or my daughter. Pretty much paid them to defend my child's mother. To add insult to injury, I received a $155.00 bill from them which as of now, magically turned into a bill that is over $1,700.00. Complete waste of time and money. They've already taken too much from me, they're not getting another penny!

awesome awesome awesome team Mr. Rooney has. Not only did they help me with a B.S. restraining order but they made the whole thing comfortable. I got paired up with Mike and he fought for me and my family and showed us compassion throughout. Rooney might come off a little rough but he's a great guy too. they have earned my loyalty should I ever need an attorney out that way again. they took over my son when he was there, I couldn't find him and then there he is walking out with one of the guys with a mouthful of donuts and a fat smile which was good to see considering he had just had his brother taken from us. they made us feel at home and saw us through the case every step of the way. cannot thank them enough.

Beware !!! If I could post less than one I would. They won't return calls ,keep getting the run around from everyone there. They only want to spend a few moments with you to get your money then will not show any effort on your case.
