“For two years, he never took any of calls. Initially the defendant wanted to settle. I told him the amount I wanted. He surprised later by wanting to schedule me for a deposition.”

“During the deposition he appeared not to know anything about the case. What kind of research was he doing then?”

Unwilling to represent certain cases
“He pretends to listen to your case, charges you for more time than necessary to hear your case, acts like he'll represent you, then when you ask him to actually do work he has his secretary Robin (she's great however) send you a letter saying it's 'infeasible' to represent you.”
