Dana is great! I can always be assured that my clients will be well taken care of when they are referred to Dana. She specializes in estate transition and special needs.

My husband and I hired David after I was served by my children’s father for custody and child support. The court process lasted for almost a year. David is very thorough and Knowledgeable. David is not your friend and he is not your counselor and he’s very happy to let you know that. You need a listen when he talks and that is something I had a very difficult time doing. .We had a lot of ups and downs, and there were many times I wanted to let him go. Don’t call his personal phone, he doesn’t appreciate that. But- if you want to yell at him while you’re at the pet vet that’s OK with them. Ha ha ha. I really feel for any parents that are going through this. It was the most difficult thing that I have been through in my life. Your children are the most important things to you and when your time with them is in jeopardy, scary would be a huge understatement. Don’t lose hope, although I know it’s easy to do. If you need help with these issues, I would highly recommend David Banks.
