I recently had the pleasure of working with Daniel H. Alexander Law Offices and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by their team.

Dan helped us update our trust and wills. His staff helped prepare everything before had, with several calls/emails to get questions answered, so when we came in, all the documents were ready. He patiently explained everything, made some corrections based on our feedback, updated the docs, and then we were able to sign, all in 1 visit. Dan and his team are great to work with!

I had two trusts completed by this firm, and an addendum as well. There were NO surprises, and everything went as smoothly as possible. I can highly recommend this firm. Most importantly to note was a property tax issue that was discovered, and brought to my attention. Daniel told me I should speak directly with the County Assessor regarding some papers that weren't recorded properly years ago, or if he added one of my properties to my trust without speaking to the Assessor first, I could be liable for THOUSANDS of dollars in back fees! The Assessor said Daniel was correct, and that the error would be corrected. They said they were impressed Daniel understood how well the Assessor's Office works, and to head of a potentially very expensive problem.

I have already referred an individual to the law office of Daniel H. Alexander. Our Trust was arranged with professionalism, patience for answering our numerous questions, and even some friendly shared humor. Really, the entire office staff made it easy. And when we felt ambivalent about a decision, the pros and cons were provided in a measurable and accessible manner. It does take some time to get an appointment, and my encouragement is that the wait is well worth it.

I went in to meet with Dan for some trust planning. He was so helpful and talked to me about the trust in language I could completely understand. He was very patient with me and all my questions. I definitely recommend Dan Alexander!
