I have used John Rank’s office for at least 4 legal transactions, ranging from administration of my parent’s trust, development of my personal trust and sale of property. Each transaction has been incredibly professional. The most important part of each transaction has been the communication from John’s office as I was always aware of the steps John was taking and his office always informed me of the steps I needed to take. If you are reading this review, you are already aware of the vagaries of the law and are trying to find an attorney who can guide you through them. I don’t give a top recommendation often but John Rank’s office is deserving.

For estate planning and administration John J. Rank would hands down be my first choice. He and his staff have professionally and ethically walked me through both the planning and closing of an estate. Many challenges arise in these situations and the peace of mind having a capable and caring team working on my behalf was and is significant.

Seriously, if you are dealing with complex business or estate problems and want to sleep at night, then you should see John Rank. Over the past two decades John has been there for our family and walked us through some of the most complex legal problems you can imagine. He carefully, thoughtfully, and skillfully put together our parents' estate, executing it efficiently upon their deaths. His analytical ability and knowledge of the law keeps us abreast of our own estate issues as the law changes, making necessary adjustments when needed. Most importantly, he takes the long approach, which is comforting. I couldn't give any professional higher praise.

Mr. Rank and his team are efficient but lack empathy. Found draft documents to be prone to typographical errors. Operates with one eye on the clock at all times. Certainly capable but in retrospect not a good fit for my needs.
