I am forever grateful for Pam Swift and her staff! They were supportive and understanding during my time of need. Unfortunately due to my cases particular circumstances, it took years to handle. But in the end, her services blessed us with freedom from one of the most traumatic times of our lives.

Attorney, Pam Swift is incredible at what she does. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and is able to guide you through what you are going through. My first time meeting with you, I had so many questions for her and she took her time and answered them all. I was very impressed. I would, without hesitation, refer friend and family to her and her team.

My estate attorney referred me to her because she had worked with her on a number of cases and was impressed with her ethical skills and personable style. We hired Ms. Swift on Nov 2014 for a paternity/custody case. It took us 5 months to get her to do our modification/Request for Order. We have gone to court a few times after but it seemed that Ms. Swift was not attentive to detail regarding our case. Yes, the system is broken and the judge was not all that fair but her work was not great either, being that she's a Super Lawyer. Long story short, simple requests by us were not being done and her monthly bill came like clock work. Our total tally was 20K for mediocre service. We terminated her and found a hungry aggressive attorney who rocks! My only positive remark for Swift associates would be that she and her entire staff are very nice. My advise to others is that you read reviews and do your homework because we didn't and ended up paying dearly both financially and legally with our case!

I saw this attorney for a consultation. As it turns out, I have to go to a court up north. I wish I could afford to fly Pamela to court. She was very helpful and answered a lot of questions and helped me find a lawyer where I have to go.

I hired Edwards-Swift & Associates because I had a very "high conflict" custody matter that had to deal with the father attempting to alienate my children. My previous attorney was just not capable of doing all of the necessary things that had to be done as his office did not generally handle a case that was so complex. Not all cases are considered high conflict and sometimes an attorney who does not specialize in family law can be utilized. However, the expertise and skills of this firm cannot be outdone. It has been a long and drawn out case because the issues involved are very difficult to prove. However, I am happy to say that so far, the job that has been done by Ms. Swift's office has been superb. This includes her staff. They are very attentive to my needs and have kept the lines of communication open consistently. Because of the issues, I have spent a lot of money but every cent paid has been worth it because of the results I have received due to the firm.

Divorce was very scary after 43 years of marriage. Ms. Swift laid out the plan - reassured me, gave me the confidence that I so needed. In the end it turned out better than okay - she delivered an excellent settlement and I now have a great new beginning!
