Mr. Garcia saw me for a consultation regarding a rear end collision I suffered. I had never been a part of any litigation process in the past and I was a little wary. Mr. Garcia was truly compassionate and asked questions about the incident, but mostly he was concerned about the long term effects I was having. He encouraged me to seek the medical assistance I needed, and I am glad he did. Once I sought treatment my symptoms started to abate. He answered every question I had and walked me through each step that would need to be taken. The entire treatment and litigation process was well over a year, but Mr. Garcia and his staff communicated with me regularly. I never had an unanswered question or confusion regarding the treatment and litigation process. I ended up having my medical bills paid for (with nothing out of pocket) and a settlement to compensate me for my pain and suffering. I would recommend this firm to any of my family and friends if they were in a similar situation.

Gilbert Garcia provided excellent service on my personal injury case from start to finish. This case took over three years to settle, but he set accurate expectations on the potential timeline, proceeding outcomes and the overall order of procedures throughout the case. I hiring Garcia was perhaps one of the biggest mistakes i have ever made. Very expensive and bills for everything! It was discouraging to see him react to opposing attorneys and how easily he gave into external influences. His communication is only apparent through his inexplicable billing. I believe his office to be run by his family. I have even entered a complaint against him with the CA STATE BAR for ineffective handling of my matter. If anything be alert as he over-promises. I should have checked his reviews before.... Shame on me.

i was very disappointed in the manner he handled my case. He over promised and under delivered. He was not prepared at all and he never returned calls. I was very upset when he did not conduct the sufficient research and investigation. He over charged compared to others and has little knowledge of Legal proceedings.
