I chose this firm based on the reviews here. I contacted the firm a few days after having complications with a medical procedure on November 20th. I was told to have my follow-up with the doctor and request my medical records, which I did. I called back around the 29th of December, & was told that Mr. Paris was busy and would call back January 2nd 2024. When no one called back I followed up with the office. I was told at that time that there was no record of me in their system and they wanted to start from scratch to get my information. She did say that maybe it was the office manager who had done the original intake, and that she was on vacation. I knew it was already a red flag if the office manager did a whole intake and they had no record of it. Still, I wanted to move forward. I wasn’t prepared that day for a lengthy history conversation, nor was I expecting to have to start over so I called back two days later, with my notes. It turns out it was the office manager who did the intake. I was told that they found my name, but the information seemed old, so they would call me back to confirm everything. I never got a call back. This whole process started in November, and to date, I never actually spoke to any attorney. My symptoms which are very visible and traumatic continued to worsen in this time frame, affecting my ability to go out in public. After all that, and no response, I gave up and sent them a message expressing my dissatisfaction with the whole process, which I also never got a response to. I’m unsure about the legitimacy of other reviews based on this experience. Good luck with this place. I wouldn’t recommend it if your need is urgent, as they tend to not follow through with things promised and may not follow up in a reasonable time frame.

Changes contract. Puts clients on ice. Pushes clients to accept low ball settlements. Is not helpful when dealing with law enforcement, especially when reporting crimes committed over the case. Doesn't give you the entire case files. Plays games that puts your case and even your life in jeopardy. Does not send documents in the mail to make you aware of what is going on. Make decisions on your behalf, of which he is not authorized. Gets into your social media, email accounts etc to delete or edit your online property.

The firm went above and beyond on my case. Anytime I had a question or concern they would handle it in a timely and efficient manner. I would definitely recommend them if you are dealing with any type of personal injury. Give them a call and let them put your mind at ease and take care of the rest.

After our 3 year old grandson was mauled by a neighbors dog I wanted to make sure he received the proper care and compensation for the trauma he endured. Mr. Paris worked hard against the insurance company and was able to obtain a settlement for our grandson that was 4 times higher then we expected. He even worked with us to make sure the money went into an annuity that would give our grandson the highest return and would assist him with his future when he became an adult. Mr. Paris also went above and beyond and obtained a separate settlement for me for emotional trauma. I can't say enough about how happy my family and I are with Mr. Paris and the Paris Law Firm. From the beginning of the process until the end, Mr. Paris and his entire staff treated us like family. I would highly recommend The Paris Firm to anyone looking for a personal injury attorney.
