Please don’t give this law firm your case. You will end up loosing your time. At first they said we had a case but after we signed the retainer, they were not prompt in giving us updates. We had to constantly be asking them. 7 months after they send the letter to the landlord stating they were representing us and then 2 months after that they said they were no longer representing us because we didn’t have a big enough case. That is so odd considering they said this after saying we did have a case. We can’t help but to wonder if they got paid off to stop representing us. This is all sketchy and very unprofessional. They have basically waisted about 9 months where we could have gone to a place that actually had our best interest in mind. Listen to the negative reviews, we just want to warn people and avoid others going through what we have gone. This law firm is incompetent and is a waste of your time and energy!

This firm took my case on contingency and let me know from the beginning that it could be a lengthy process. I submitted all my proof and answered all the questions they had and yes they had differnt people call me but I understand the whole team was working the case. There was long period of time I didn't hear from them but soon as the negotiations started they contacted me again and kept me informed along the way. They settled my case in my favor and I'm very grateful.

This attorney handled my tenant/landlord case, but there were significant communication lapses. For a year, there was no contact from their office. When I finally reached out for an update, it would take weeks to receive a response, which they merely state that they were still working on your case. After more than a year and a half has passed, I received an email from the law-firm informing me that they were unable to assist further with my legal issues against the property manager/landlord due to a lack of information on this landlord with owns the property (s).

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM AT ALL. I DON'T THINK THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THIS ATTORNEY IS CAPABLE OFNDOING THERE JOB PROPERLY!! I WOULD RECEIVE A PHONE CALL FOR ONE PERSON AFTER WE HUNG UP ANOTHER ONE WOULD CALL FOR SAME QUESTIONS AS IF HE DIDNT KNOW THE OTHER PERSON CALLED. THIS HAPPEND MORE THAN ONCE. THEY WOULD ALSO ASL ME FOR PICTURES, AND CONVERSATIONS FOR MY CASE OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN AS IF THEY DID NOT RECEIVE IT. THEY WOULD CALL AND EMAIL ON WEEKENDS TO TELL ME THEY NEVER CALL ON WEEKEND'S AS IF I AM CRAZY!! FINAL DRAW, WAS THE RETAINER DID NOT ADD UP, THEY WANTED 50% OF WHAT EVER I WAS TO WIN. ON TOP ON CONTINGENCY *WHICH WAS AT 0 TO START WITH* AND IT HAD A CLAUSE ABOUT IF THEY NEEDED TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE AND LIENS IF WE DID NOT PAY A FEE (THATS WAS NOT PRINTED IN CONTRACT) I DID ALL THE FOOT WORK AND WASTED TIME. DO NOT USE THEM , YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOUR CASE IS WORTH. CALL AROUND FIRST

Will update after my case, this team (one person?) has been working with my sickness that's causing lag and even helped me realize I possibly have black mold. I hope they take my case after I send evidence, as I'm already going to court soon and the case feels substantial with other factors involved. Even if they don't, I may have to represent myself since it is such a quick process and I've done all of the footwork so far. Hoping for the best.

Mr. Binh has a a whole team of attorneys working my case! He took my case on contingency, said he would only take my case if he knows he will win. That’s a very strong stance - he isn’t trying to milk me over a losing case, which means he’s very busy with cases and also that he has integrity. (It works for me because I wouldn’t want for so many to waste time and energy on a case that has insufficient merit.) I’m actually causing delays in the case as it turns out. Binh’s team, though, keeps in touch with me and asks me for updates. I feel I’m in good hands, perhaps the best for this type of personal injury case.
