A very unfortunate long drawn out experience that sadly left me a year later with absolutely no progress. I reached out to Bin Bui to help with a slum landlord that hadn’t repaired me heat in the 4 years I took residence. Bing originally showed enthusiasm and charisma and seemed thrilled to take on my case. Originally he was available and answering my calls. He then put me in contact with his legal team, who I later found out wasn’t even involved with his firm. Over the course of the next year I reached out a good 8 times to check the status on my case. Maybe once or twice did I receive any response. I finally learned that absolutely no progress had been made with my case. A total let down. It’s really hard to find a good legitimate lawyer these days and it’s unfortunate that so many legal experts give the industry such a bad name. I’d recommend you search elsewhere for representation.

Do not hire this company. They will waste your time and energy, ask for more and more evidence and no matter how much you provide, they're ever satisfied. They almost want you to litigate your case by yourself and I don't know at which point they decide to take your case. I dealt with them because they didn't ask for any money upfront and were willing to take the case on contingency. Big mistake. I stand behind my statement and I assure you that you will be wasting valuable time. Find someone else.

He called me said he was going to help me with a problem. I sent info to his team members. Called his office and emailed him and no response.So I can not comment on what type of a lawyer he real is. He did not help me with my problem.

An overall unfortunate experience with this practice that left me homeless. Initially I sought legal assistance to get help with a mold ridden apartment where I continually experienced harassment and threats from the management team. The interaction with paralegal John was potentially of the worst kind of "assistance". His inability to call back or communicate clearly was overwhelming. Multiple times that I called and left voicemails to ask for clarification was met with no response at all. Over the course of about 8 months I sought to get phone calls and was met with texts I could not understand and could not get clarified. I submitted documentation I could not get reviews on and was constantly told they needed more. When inquiring what more was needed they reply was always more with no further information. A few times in the process I spoke (text) with the attorney and was provided legal advice that eventually left me homeless and with looming threats of harassment lawsuit from my management at the direction of the attorney. The advice I received also escalated the issues between me and the management. During the course of getting legal advice it was never clear to me I was not formally represented by the office. Whereas I thought I was being represented by this office based on the legal advice I was provided eventually I was provided an email saying they would not represent me due to "lack of evidence". This cost me greatly and I still don't understand what that meant. I spent nearly $2000 on a mold inspector the office referred me to, due to their close relationship and the inspector talked up his ability to attain "all the evidence they would need to confirm mold" and at the end of the day it was a waste. Although he proved my apartment was mold infested the office still declined to take me on as a client. Summary their downfalls in communication, misrepresentation, clarity and follow through were overwhelming. Would not recommend this office.

I contacted Binh Bui for a roach infestation in my apartment, they were very communicative in the beginning. But after months of sending them evidence, I was served a Unlawful Detainer because he said I could hold my rent for this issue. I understand they couldn't help me with the UD however, I had already been sending evidence for over 3 months, and they waited until after I vacated the building (which they told me to do so they could help) to say they couldn't help me. Why after months would they do that..Binh only talked to me maybe 1or 2 times. He had his trainees or whatever do the calling, and they were horrible at time frames on contacting people back . I wouldn't use this lawyer. I found a really good one and they have already taken my case. I have autoimmune issues so the roach infestation was a major issue.

Jose was my life saver in obtaining legal custody for my granddaughter. My original attorney died and trying to fine an attorney to take over was difficult. He was just starting his practice, so I figured I'd give him a chance. He did a wonderful job, kept me updated on a regular basis and got the job done. Thank you Jose!!!
