I had to defend against her in a marriage dissolution. I’m happy to say, three lawyers later, she was fired because she is a bad Attorney. Is it’s time to undo all the UNCLEAN mess she made with my ex. Jan was combative and snippy since the beginning. She is very rude and unnatentive. She does not care about the outcome. She did not follow the plan. She did not submit evidence as I requested. She did not have me testify at my own domestic violence restraining order renewal yet she had the defendant testify. She did not deny the defendant's lies against me which is silent affirmation. I have to deal with the fallout of her mistakes in my case. It seemed like she threw the case and just gave it to the other side. DO NOT HIRE!!! Even if she pays you it is not worth the damage she will do to your case.
