Divorce is never pleasant, but Barney and Brianna at A Healthy Divorce made it as easy as possible. I am a member of the clergy and I've always advised my congregants facing divorce that they can have a "good" divorce, or a "bad" divorce, and the choice was theirs. To have a good divorce, you much strive to be as kind and generous with one another as possible. If you can hold that mindset, then working with A Healthy Divorce will make the rest as seamless and painless as possible. We were able to accomplish our goals well within the estimated 4 hours. Barney and Brianna were always kind, attentive, and professional. I hope i NEVER need them again lol, but I can recommend them highly to anyone who might be in need of such services. 100%

It was a very easy an headache free experience working with Barney and his team. Divorce is not a good experience at all but if you and your partner are ok with being civil and trying to work out a fair agreement on things I strongly recommend their services. Barney and his team laid out everything an answered all of our questions and knows and understands all the laws as well. He listened and took into consideration what we wanted. Barney recently helped me mediate my divorce with my ex and because we knew exactly what we wanted from the separation our session was done in 1 hour. We also had all our assets and liabilities well documented and sent to Barney prior to our appointment. Barney was very non-biased and made sure both parties understood what their rights were. From there he drafted everything up for us and handled all the paperwork. Looking at the final documents, I know that I wouldn’t have been able to draft it with full confidence that the package was complete or acceptable by the court. He made something that was already a stressful event in nature so easy, quick, and seamless. It’s a weird compliment, but people are always so shocked how quickly we got it done. I highly recommend him if you and your spouse are amicable enough to file for divorce together.
