I was in a car accident back in July and got rear ended because some guy was rushing on his way to work, you would think the guy would want to save more time by not filling out a police report and dealing with lawyer stuff but I guess not... I went on google and found the Sexton Law Firm. From the very beginning they were professional and very efficient in dealing with my case. I had the pleasure of meeting the head honcho, James Sexton. He was very personable and reassuring in taking care of my case. My case was dealt within one year, he even helped me get the medical assistance I needed. The entire time the law firm sent out ongoing emails giving me updates and letting me know how long I would have to wait for a response from the other party. Everything worked out perfectly, In the event that I am ever in another accident I would definitely hire this firm again to handle it. Do I recommend them? Yes I do!

Tania Contreras and the sexton law firm did an amazing job helping me get all my benefits from workman's comp. Tania was very patient with me on the phone with all the questions I had and they were very many of them. Through this very difficult period in my life, I reached out to the Legal Aid Society and they assigned a Lawyer to assist me in filing for Bankruptcy protection. Andrew Sexton took the time to speak with me on the phone, he walked me through the process with detailed emails explaining what I needed to do in order to make the process go smooth. He allowed me to vent, responded accordingly, and return my text message as if we were friends. Everything was conducted electronically, and on the phone, we never met in person…. Amazing. Le doy 4 estrellas porque aun no se como trabajan pero la verdad es que se me hicieron super profesionales, me parecio exelente el servicio y su atencion yo creo que fue una exelente decision elegirlos a ellos para que lleven nuestro caso a corte, cuando termine el caso estoy segura que tendran las 5 estrellas, pero hasta ahorita los recomiendo ampliamente.

I was hit from behind by a driver who fell asleep. I had back injuries and went to the hospital the day of the injury. I spoke to Attorney Sexton he told me he would take care of this case.. I didn't hear from him until 2 years after the case. Attorney Sexton settled with the other defendant attorney and he did not go the extra mile to take care of this case... afterward told me to sign. He forced me to sign told me my case would be dropped. It was seriously a sales pitch. The only reason I signed was because I needed to be out of this stress of being called daily to sign and the case would be Done and over with. please take time to find an attorney who cares about your case and is truly there to help you out. I made the mistake of just looking online. It's important to meet the attorney in person and find someone who will be responsive and keep you informed during the process of the case.
