Just a standard assembly line, tax software processing shop. Using some third party software portal where you drop your receipts, W2s etc. No real send of personal attention to ones filing. No effort to find additional deductions or depreciation opportunities. I was prepared to pay a huge tax bill, I had all the money ready for the IRS. Blanco Tax charged $700 for my preparation and told me I had till October 15th to pay my taxes, which cost me another $500 in penalties and interest! Blanco Tax, only after two fierce complaints, filed a form with the IRS and the IRS forgave my penalties as a one time grace. The IRS will do this grace for anyone. Whole experience felt like Blanco Tax is generally checked out and mostly unaware that their clients are human.

I have known Jesse for years. He is a high character individual. I have referred a lot of clients to him who have all enjoyed working with Jesse. He also has helped us personally with various tax items and always does a very thorough job.

5 years ago I had a problem with the IRS I owed them a lot of money and I was living in constant fear . Then I met Jessie and his staff. Right off the bat they got me out of all the stress I had. They did everything for me , no hassle at all. Good fees, they accommodated to my schedule for meetings, they were very helpful. I love their new office right in the center of Chula Vista. I would totally recomend you to see them to help you with anything. My husband and I have been doing our tax declaration with them every since then. 5 stars!!!

One year ago the greatest Tax Lady “Lucy” pass away unexpectedly and Blanco Tax Law acquired the business. This is the first year I deal with Jesse and his staff and I do not know where to begin expressing my total disappointment in service. Blanco Tax Law has to be the worst profesional service I have ever encountered, they don’t return calls, miss multiple deadlines, has no leadership and makes the most outrageous excuses for not meeting their deadlines. Lucy would be so disappointed to have such incompetent people running her business she built for over 40 years!

Attorney Blanco is very professional and knowledgeable. We hired him for our tax filing. He is always helpful and courteous when we call for questions. The staff is great too. Thank you!

My wife Erica and I have had the pleasure to use Jesse services 4 years in a row. My wife if employed and receives W-2's like most people but me in the other hand, am self-employed and run my own personal business, which therefore requires more work and at times extra visits or e-mails. Nonetheless, Jesse always delivered with such great performance; always able to guide and advise us the best way possible. Its great to know that I could turn in all my information and that he would always deliver in a timely manner. Jesse is passionate about his work; does not mind working long hours; is great with attention-to-detail and has a impeccable work-ethic. I sometimes try to encourage him to take more time off for himself, but I had to come to terms that he is simply a work-a-holic and enjoys what he does.
