I originally hired Victor based upon his stellar reputation as well as his experience with appeals and I can say with full confidence that I am extremely glad I did. After months of working with Victor on my case through the appellate process, I have been nothing short of highly impressed with Victor's skill, knowledge, and professionalism. He has been very thorough with my case, and he is always great about keeping me up to date on the latest updates, filings, etc. I also greatly appreciate how Victor always makes himself available to answer any questions that I may have regarding my case and the appeals process as a whole. Victor Mordey is without a doubt the best child custody lawyer in the south bay. Choosing the right lawyer for family court is one of the most important decisions you'll ever make. Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way twice with lawyers that over charged me and did little to defend my case in court. Victor on the other hand lays out his very reasonable prices in advance, and more importantly steps up to the plate for you in front of the judge. He's been in business in Chula Vista for a long time and knows all the judges and other local lawyers. I was recommended him by the San Diego County Bar Association. My name is Dwyne Williams, I had an emergency custody case that needed immediate attention! I left voicemails seeking help from 7 lawyers. Out of all seven voicemails the only one that called me back the same day was attorney Victor Mordey. He was the only one that made my case as important and as urgent to himself as i felt it was to me. Victor explained to me in great detail how we were going to address the custody issue in court and get me my son back to me asap. We were in court within days of meeting at his office and everything has been smoothe up to this point. Victor frequently checks with me weekly to go over the case and asks how im doing as well. It is always hard and nerve wracking finding an attorney especially here in the San Diego area. After reading reviews and having a consultation with Victor, I decided to hire him for divorce and family law court. Victor was a friendly, welcoming attorney and knew what he was doing.
