Mr. Troy P. Owens has had poor communication with me, the client, in regards to my case. It has been four months now with several attempts on my behave to find out the status of my case. I have tried via phone, email and in person office visits, which all have yield no response from Mr. Troy P. Owens. My next course of action will be to file a complaint with the San Diego County Bar Association. I would not recommend this Law office to any one.
