I hired Mr. Diraranto in February 2024 to do guardianship paperwork. My file was lost more than once, and the court paperwork was not filed until the end of May. I contacted him multiple times to follow up to see if I could provide information and was always asked to drive over to go over papers that could have been a 5 minute phone call. My court date was in September and I was granted temporary guardianship because the paperwork was not completely finished. Mr. Diraranto had someone else doing the work and didn't confirm that it was complete before the court date. I was assigned another date for this coming February and I have reached out multiple times to go over the probate notes and I get half answers. I have requested multiple times to have the appointment be a phone call since I work full time and it's not possible for me to drive to the office. This process should have been done 3 months ago and we are about to come up on 12 months since I hired him. I really hope that no one else will be subjected to this poor level of service.

My name is Elisabeth Johnson and my daughter hired you back in September of 2024 to handle the paperwork and filing for "petition for conservatorship" for my special needs granddaughter. I took the day off to accompany them both to court in October. The judge said the filings were done incorrectly and recommended a continuance for us to get things corrected.
