Absolutely incredible! Was my son's attorney in a custody trial. She was fair, saw through the lies and told it like it was! She was paid less than what she should have been! Justice was the most important for her when it came to my son!

Unprofessional billing practices, high pressure billing, and then overcharged me at the end of the case. It's all about money here, be cautious. Also billed beyond the retainer by over $6,000 with no warning..CAUTION. She basically realized I had money and then increased her billing accordingly. Stay away, I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the State Bar as a result. Save yourself, move on to someone else.

Donna DeCuir came highly referred to me by a friend. My ex was extremely manipulative and was hiding assets so I desperately needed her help. During our consultation she presented herself as aggressive, said she was used to handling his Type and listed the motions that she would immediately file that week to stop his actions. After paying her a very large retainer, None of that happened. Not a single motion got filed, she would not return my phone calls or my emails. Her assistent was extremely rude to me telling me that she has other clients so I just had to wait my turn. Hearings kept getting post-poned. My ex finally put me on the verge of bankruptcy and I had to just give before ever getting to trial.
