Working with Di has been an overall great experience. I own a gym and bought defective gym equipment that lead to me nearly injure myself and was not compensated by the company who created the equipment. Di lead me step by step on the case and how I can successfully get compensated for the defective equipment AND possible injury that occurred. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience and she really went above and beyond for me.

The owner of this law firm is professional and communicative. However, the employees are problematic. They are often confusing and tend to blame their previous colleagues when they provide incorrect information

The manager of Vititoe Law group, City of Industry office is extremely dedicated to providing excellent client service. Mr. Vititoe and his office are by far the best firm one could even ask for. I give them a two thumbs up.

It's a shame, because the Westlake office seems so incredibly well-run, but the City of Industry office is probably the exact opposite. The manager William Chang was incredibly deceptive and dishonest, and always beating around the bush when it came to my case (anon review for safety purposes). The office looks like a tornado blew through it as well, with piles of case files lying everywhere. It's a wonder how they get anything done here, when they have such a terrible, unprofessional manager as well as no organization system - it must take them 5 weeks to look for a single case document...
