I signed the release for my case today. I am very happy that I will receive my settlement check soon. I feel very welcomed at the office of Vititoe Law Group. The staff in the Industry office knows their job well and worked long and hard to reach a desirable settlement for me. I am very pleased with this law office and their commitment to my case. I am very happy today because my wife got her settlement check. We appreciate the team work of the Industry Office with Attorney James Vititoe’s supervision and the efforts they have made in order to achieve the best recovery for my wife’s case. Also, they spent a great amount of time negotiating with the medical providers which she sought for treatment. I am very happy at the manner with which they handled her case. > We were involved in an auto accident. > Our case was messed up by our former attorney. In the middle of the claim process, he wanted to drop the case due to denial of liability by the other insurance and demanded us to pay him hourly fee (the case was originally on a contingency basis) if his representation continued. I personally thanks to manager William Chang in the City of Industry Office for the comfort and ease that he brings to me when I feel really stressed and hurt. He was sympathetic of my injuries. He arranged for my medical treatment on lien basis so I wouldn't have to pay out of my pocket. He assisted me throughout my recovery all the way to the maximum final settlement! My attorney, Mr. James Vititoe got me a great settlement and he did an awesome job negotiating with the insurance company. I was involved in a car accident in June 2013 and was rear ended by an DUI drunk driver at excessive high rate of speed that caused injuries to my Cervical Spine and Lumbar Spine and is required to have Neck and Back surgery with "Cervical Cage" implant into my (Neck) C4-C5 level and "Coflex" implant into my (Back) L3-L4 level. I have 3 neck surgeries at C3-C4, C4-C5 and C5-C6 and 2 lower back surgeries at L3-L4, L4-L5 and L5-S1 due to severely bulging disc and pinching nerve causing me in pain daily. Total is 5 surgeries and 1 nerve block (Neck) at C4-C5 level. My vehicle was a total loss!! I found this law firm specializing in auto accident cases. I sincerely appreciated the assistance rendered by Mr. William Chang and the Industry Office team because he was professional and considerate and handed my case very well. All my questions have been answered to my satisfaction. I am extremely impressed and grateful. This review is solely for the City of Industry branch run by manager William Cheng. Our date of loss was in August of 2018. It has been almost two years now I still have not heard a settlement/ resolution to this case. Every time I speak to William, I get the run around. There is always some kind of excuse to either not pick up my call or tell me to wait x amount of time. It ranges from weeks to months. I was informed almost half a year ago the case was settled but have not heard or received anything yet. There is never any update or contact from this office. During the span of two years, the staff turn over rate was extremely high. Every time I call, I am informed the previous staff working on my case is no longer working at their office. I am extremely disappointed in the way our case is being handled. What kind of business is this branch running???
