Our case was extremely complicated. Our L1 extension was denied, and we bought a restaurant to join an existing business. The EB1C was approved, but during this process, a few months were delayed due to unreliable or careless lawyers, leaving us without legal work status for several months. Before we found Alexandra law firm& associates ,we had already gone through two years and at least three different lawyers. We consulted several lawyers recommended by friends and from online searches, some of whom were said to be famous (and some charged up to $500/hour for a consultation), but none of them were helpful. None of them were optimistic about our case, and no one confidently told us that it could be done! After many twists and turns, by chance, we found Alexandra law firm& associates and lawyer Felipe. I vividly remember that sunny afternoon five years ago when I first met Felipe. His tall figure, friendly smile, and confident discussion about our case, citing specific immigration laws, made me believe that we could win. His eyes sparkled when he spoke, and he said something that moved me deeply: he enjoys fighting for people’s legal status and freedom. At that moment, I knew that if we handed our case to him, it would succeed! It has now been five years, and our entire family has successfully obtained green cards (L1 to EB1C). If they accept your case, you are that much closer to success! 我们的案子非常复杂，L1延期被拒，我们买下了一个饭店加入现有公司，EB1C通过了，但是这期间由于几个月被不靠谱或者工作不细致的律师给耽误了时间，有几个月是没有合法工作身份的，在我们找到Felipe律师之前已经经历了两年和至少三任律师，咨询了好几位朋友推荐和网上查询的据说的著名律师（有几个的咨询费用高达500美金1小时），然并没有什么用，他们几乎都不看好我们的案子，没有一个人有信心地对我们说是可以的！ 几经辗转和周折，最后一个偶然的机会，我们找到了艾飞力律师事务所和Felipe律师，深刻的记得那是五年前一个阳光明媚的下午，第一眼看到Felipe律师，他那高大的身影具有亲和力的笑容和对我们Case相当自信的谈吐，专业的跟我说根据移民法第几第几条，我们的case是完全可以赢的，他说话时眼里是发着光的，他当时说了一句，他享受为更多人争取合法的身份为更多人争取到合法的自由感动了我！我当时就觉得这事交给他就能成！至今为止已经经历了五年了，我们全家都已经全部拿到绿卡（L1转EB1C），在这个过程中，我真的是由衷的感谢律所每一位员工的努力工作和付出，特别感激Felipe律师在整个开始过程中的把控每一个时间点的运作！让我们的case起死回生，最终得到成功！ 最后我想说如果您正需要一位律师帮忙，你正需要一家靠谱的律所，那么给你自己一个机会，去找艾飞力律所谈谈吧，如果他们能接受你的case，你离成功就近了！

雇佣这家所谓的“律所”是花钱买气受。几年以来精神都被他们搞崩溃。这家“律所”有四个坑。第一个坑，欺骗：它声称自己是“艾飞力律所”，实际上整个团队根本没有律师！再说一遍，根本没有律师！！这么多年我连艾飞力的影子都没见到，也没有任何律师给我提供过专业的服务，都是华人员工（并非律师）在负责我的案子。交钱之前，员工态度很好，对案件各种承诺，收了钱后完全是另一副嘴脸，之前的各种承诺全部不认账！第二个坑，拖延：交完钱之后重来没有人主动联系我，工作人员如同人间蒸发一样。被拖延五个多月之后，我以为他们因为什么原因疏忽了我的案子，于是微信联系他们，结果发现被他们删除了，后来发邮件打电话，都只得到敷衍的回复。七个月后我不得不面对面催促，他们竟如同犯人一般对我进行各种数落，话里行间的意思就是我胆敢当面去催促他们！过了近一年时间他们才提交我的申请表格。由于他们的拖延，致使我一年半时间没有工卡，不能工作，在美国没有收入来源，生活陷入困难，精神几近崩溃！第三个坑，不专业、不负责：从来没有给我提供专业的法律指导，也没有对我的案子进行综合分析。说白了，他们收了我几千美元，只是帮我整理一下材料而已。提交材料到移民局之前，我检查过发现他们犯了多处低级错误，给他们指出来之后，他们百般抵赖，着实令人反感！第四个坑，极度贪婪：他们的收费比真正的律所还要贵很多，相对于他们的服务质量和时效来说更是高得离谱。但是他们还是变着法子向我多要钱。在被我拒绝之后，陈姓女负责人竟对我无理辱骂！非常无耻！如今数千美元被他们收刮，大量时间被他们拖延，人格被他们侮辱！我的案件也被搁置！请大家引以为戒，不要上他们的当，不然悔之晚矣！
