我的案子拖了16年，终于在艾飞力的律所帮助下 ，取得了案件的成功！特此感谢 莫哈得律师，以及anney经理，还有Chloe助理以及所有人。

Update: Maggie told me that she was never informed that she would be my case manager. So maybe it was either the receptionist Ellen (or whatever her name was, the front desk girl with glasses) failed to tell Maggie about the message I had left, or it was the manager Anney who failed to tell Maggie about my case. Either way, I am not surprised if it was either one of them, if not both. The receptionist is rude, arrogant and lacks professionalism whatsoever (I miss the previous receptionist, Yvonne btw). Customer service is no rocket science girl. Anney, speaking of her, during the one time I was kept waiting for half an hour because someone was late for work, all she did was sitting in her office the entire time, even though I had asked for a manager. If you are not doing what a manager is supposed to do, then quit. I paid the money to get my case taken care of, not for me to put up with someone like you, lady. Anyways, It was worth noting that even though I sounded angry and upset during our email exchange, Maggie well maintained her professionalism and I want to give her credit for that. I truely appreciate her for maintaining calm and professional. My new case manager, lawyer Karawia has been great, and so is lawyer Alexandre. —————— The employees there just lack professionalism and don’t know how to properly communicate with their clients. Last time I had an appointment with them, the girl was late for 30 minutes. This new Maggie girl was even worse, I had the receptionist tell her to either call me or email me, twice, because I had updates about my case, but she never did. The first time was around the 1st or 2nd week of November when she started her job at the office, the second time was the end of November. It’s mid December now but I got zero response from her. If you are practicing quiet quitting then maybe just consider quitting once and for all, period.

一星给第一次接待时的热情和貌似专业。收完钱后从不主动推进案件进展，催促几次每次回复简短而敷衍。浪费钱是小事，耽误时间影响案件可行度。可能他们只对说中文的才这样？广告打得好，可惜人不行，收钱不办事。新来的说中文的小心

哎在这律所交钱就是羊入虎口，谨慎选择吧！协议内容交钱不退，我就吃了这哑巴亏！2200美金！

虽然是艾飞力事务所，但运作管理的不是艾飞力律师，艾飞力从来都不在店里面，是一个中国女的管理，坑人，收费又高，专骗中国同胞。
