From the very first telephone call, I knew I was going to hire Attorney Chris Scarcella. Chris talked with me on the phone for nearly 60 minutes answering all my questions and concerns. I had a "do it yourself" type of living trust from years prior that was outdated and I did not think it was "airtight." Met with Chris in person for another hour, loaded with more questions. Chris was very patient, (did I mention | ask A-LOT of questions!) professional, and I never felt rushed, which is a huge bonus to me. His office is in beautiful downtown Claremont, and well worth the drive. Chris's Legal Assistant, Tracy, was always welcoming and available to accommodate my busy schedule. I can't express in words the relief I feel to have an updated Living Trust and Will, and without breaking the bank!

Mr. Scarcella came highly recommended! When my husband and I finally contacted his office, we were not disappointed. We had several family Trust issues to resolve. Chris and Tracey were knowledgable, super competent and kind. These matters can become fuel fodder between family members.
