I asked for a life insurance review and even went to the office to allow them to scan all of my medical paperwork. They ended up telling me that they don't want to cover my case due to unknown reasons.

A few years ago I was involved in a slip and fall. I fell on my landlord’s property. I broke some bones and had to have surgery.
