Even though my husband and I are fairly young with small children, we recently had a revocable trust drawn up by Deborah because we are dealing with serious medical issues and wanted to have that assurance. She was very accessible, warm and explained everything to us clearly. Because our home base is in another state, she thought of any potential complicating factors and told us what we would need to do to "fill" our trust. Absolutely recommend!

I found William on google and read over the reviews and that helped with moving forward with contacting his firm in hopes he would assist my brother. He is very professional, dedicated, took his time (even though we had a limited amount of time), provided helpful insight and is honest. He will be our family lawyer if and when we need him to represent us moving forward.

Mr. Blasser was incredibly professional and was outstanding throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend anyone with any Family Law issues or Estate Planning to use him. There was not one time he did not answer my emails or respond to my phone calls in a timely fashion (Even though at times it took me a day or two to respond to him) Great guy and excellent firm, look no further!

My biggest complaints are: *Bill disappeared for 7 days leading up to my court date. I called everyday, 5 days in a row and did not hear back until finally I demanded to know where he was from his receptionist and left her a message that I needed to know where my case stood. Lo and behold, I received an email from Bill minutes later and the draft agreement I had been waiting days for another 30 minutes later. *Bill took a retainer of $3,500 for my case. My case was a simple increased visitation case. I did all the work discussing and compromising with my son's mother split physical custody arrangements and outlining to Bill our agreement. Bill took my entire $3,500 retainer. *$1,000 of costs for Bill's "work" consisted of him having to go to court for a hearing on 7/2/19 which made no sense due to the fact that I have a signed court order for our new custody agreement dated 6/28/19. I don't know if this court hearing was real. It may have been Bill's way of covering up his shoddy last minute work. Either way, I wasn't notified prior to this court hearing and given any options (I could have drove to the courthouse myself and saved $1,000 and asked why my signed 6/28 court orders were having issues). What is worse is that $525 of these costs are for Bill's drive time to court! I would understand paying a $350 hourly rate for extensive legal work requiring expertise but not for drive time.

Excellent client services. Attorney Kahn is professional, knowledgeable and great with her delivery. Highly recommended, especially for estate planning.

Attorney Kahn was patient, attentive and accommodating to all the concerns that I had regarding starting my living trust. After listening to my concerns Attorney Kahn went through line by line with my wife and myself to make sure we fully understood and were comfortable with the services offered. Most surprising was the confidence in her knowledge and her attention to detail. I mean we met with Attorney Kahn EVERYTIME! Which was a surprise after asking some colleagues about estate planning and was told all about the paralegal meetings and the lack of personal care at some other firms. Happy to say im sleeping a little easier now knowing my family legacy has been trusted to such a firm! I would recommend Kahn Law Firm for all your living trust needs from my experience.

Wow! What a great experience. When we found out we were on the road to having another baby, we knew we had to start planning for the long term. We met with attorney Kahn and never felt more comfortable going over something that can be so overwhelming. She made us feel confident in the choices we made. I asked tons of questions and she answered all with ease. I was surprised we had the pleasure to deal with her unlike other places we researched who set you up with their paralegal. If in need I would 100% refer her services to anyone.

Sure, you have to pay for legal services but something about the way Ms. Kahn interacted with me and my loved ones made us feel that she actually cared. Anyone represented by Ms. Kahn will have a true advocate. Deborah was thorough, thoughtful and fast in redoing our estate planning documents. I would highly recommend her if you are planning to create or make changes in your estate planning. Other firms I’ve heard pair you with a paralegal or secretary, we met with an Attorney at every single one of our meetings. Her firm was very professional!

Deborah was a great help in estate planning. I had no idea what I was doing but came out of my first visit with a pretty solid understanding of estate planning. Will be recommending to family and returning to continue with my planning and future real estate needs.
