Tedd mehr handled my family law case. It was a easy case for him since I did all the footwork gathering tons of evidence of how my sons mother was medically abusing our son by lying to doctors to get our son on meds he did not need. also severe parental alienation tactics . He told me that I have given him lots of money already but he needed another 5,000 more and that would get me through trial. So I got him the money and just 3 days before my trial he tells me that he does not want to go to trial and if I don't take his advice I can find another lawyer!! This is after I've given him money he requested for the trial. Tedd claims to me he is a child advocate but his actions show otherwise. Find a better lawyer. This guy just wants your money . He ripped me off for my money my time and let my son continue to be abused psychologically .

Great Attorney if you need one

I have always been told that if I can’t find anything nice to say, than say nothing at all…..but I’ve been doing that for to long. I was fooled, in the start of my working with Ted Mehr. I was also an emotional wreck and facing a family and town all by myself. I believed in him. And he may as well been getting paid by my ex and his family. Which come to find out in a round about way he does get paid by my exes family. He should’ve NEVER taken my case. He never performed a single request I begged for over and over. Never filed a motion. Never fought for me. He fed me to the wolves only caring to further his relationship with the other lawyer in the case and play go between keeping my ex and his family happy. He should’ve NEVER taken on my case. But apparently he has no soul and zero interest in doing what’s right. This man did not do his job the way I have seen and experienced with attorneys before. He took over 10000 dollars from me and my family and he literally did NOTHING FOR ME. It’s taken me a long time to be able to get myself put back together after what he participated in doing to me. And I just wanted to warn anyone that he only cares about money and making himself look good to the people with money in Colusa! Do yourself a favor and hire someone who actually works for you!!!

Tedd Mehr is an amazing person ! Not too mention a great lawyer...I would recommend him to anyone in need of one.

I have never been in trouble before until last month, so Tedd Mehr is the only attorney I've ever had so to me it just seemed like he was doing his job. However, my boyfriend has dealt with many attorneys and when he met Tedd Mehr for the first time, he told me how lucky I was to have such a great attorney and how he has never had one go so far and beyond for him before. My boyfriend told me how Tedd Mehr really shows how much he cared about my future. Tedd Mehr fought for me and he got my 3 felonies and 1 misdomeaner dropped down to just 2 misdomeaners and 0 felonies. I'm still young and he saved my future.

Tedd Mehr represented my son in a juvenile matter. Having recently dealt with Albert Smith, Tedd was heaven sent!! He immediately stood up, took charge, and helped me during the biggest fight of my life. I was in a situation where the Colusa County Probation officer Jan Sharp was unfairly targetting my son over her personal vendetta against me for her horrific work as a probation officer dealing with kids. She was not happy about the needed complaint I filed against her. She retaliated by trying to illegally take custody of my son. Once Tedd stepped in, he was able to remedy the situation with his diligence and hard work on the case. He kept me well informed and saved my family from being ripped apart. Not only is Tedd a well-informed attorney, he is EXTREMELY passionate about his work and GREAT at all cases he has handled. As far as I'm concerned, when a person is in a bind, Tedd will take care of business and go above and beyond for his clients!!! I definitely recommend him in ANY situation.
