Wonderful experience!! Thank you Taylor for your availability, flexibility, and excellent communication throughout the process. I needed assistance with a Revocable Trust which was completed in an speedy manner. Taylor contacted me within the first day of my request, we set up a video meeting to go through my options. He’s extremely knowledgeable and patient. Once the paperwork was completed within a week, he forward me the copy. I didn’t review until the following month. I asked Taylor if the date would matter since I was a month late, he immediately updated the paperwork to match the correct month. We scheduled an appointment and he was right on schedule. Taylor is very professional and personable! I recommended my daughter to complete her Irrevocable Trust as well! We both didn’t the same day! Fantastic experience! To be very honest Owais Qazi is one of the best lawyer i have ever seen , His Hardworking and professionalism is just awesome, beside these things he is a good human being , he helped me alot with i was suffering from my immigration status. My Grandmother & I were referenced to Preston Law Group by a family member & WOW, did they EXCEED our expectations! We needed to get A Living Trust in order, but we were always hesitant about finding an attorney we could trust because well, let’s face it, I’d say the general public wouldn’t describe their attorney as “kind and patient,” but boy, were we in for a treat! My Grandmother called & right away said the receptionist, Madison, whom we later found out is the attorney, Taylor’s sister, was an absolute gem connecting my Grandma with Taylor! You can always tell that there’s going to be good vibes if the person on the phone is warm & welcoming, & she was exactly as my Grandma described in person! When we met with Taylor, immediately we felt at ease. He has such a calming & accepting demeanor, that right away I could tell he would be amazing & he was/is! He spoke to my Grandmother with the UTMOST respect & listened to her with SO much patience. He was very knowledgeable in everything & took the time to really break it down for the both of us; making us feel so comfortable with the process. We left after our first appointment feeling like we had gained a WAY better understanding of everything & couldn’t believe we got someone who was/is so kind! He was so prompt with getting all the papers handled & emailed to my Grandma & even had a notary he recommended that could meet with us there at his office; so convenient! So 2 weeks later, we went back to finalize the paperwork & met with him & his wife, Sophia, who was JUST as pleasant & friendly as Taylor & also works with him! I love that this is a family business with good people you can truly trust! #CoupleGoals #FamilyGoals. The notary was so great too! All 3 of them were so efficient, it was all done within 30 min! What could’ve been a long, grueling process, felt like such a feather in the wind. As people who value customer service & just overall courteous people in general, my Grandmother & I couldn’t have asked for a better experience & now a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders thanks to Taylor & fam! Mr. Preston was very polite and helpful in helping my mother create her Living Trust. The front desk staff is also very courteous. However, when I connected with another of their lawyers to solicit their services they did not follow through on the verbally committed-to deliverables regarding an active elder abuse claim. Moreover, despite multiple inquiries via phone and web, the law group was inexplicably unresponsive regarding follow ups. I was disappointed this individual did not honor their verbal commitment as well as the lack of communication; even if to say they were too busy for my case. This was most disappointing given the prior lawyer's good service. [UPDATE:] After posting this review, Mr. Preston contacted me, and gave a good reason why the firm could not assist me. Mr. Preston, again, showed himself to be a good professional, and I thank him for his quality service.

Taylor handled my estate planning superbly. As this was my first time, he patiently and kindly explained the process which made the process proceed seamlessly and much easier. He also seemed to have a very good grasp of the law and his explanations were extremely helpful especially for me doing the trust for the first time. I should also add that he has super interpersonal skills and is a great listener to your needs. I strongly would recommend him! He definitely earned his 5 star from me and even higher.

The whole experience was quite nice starting from the location to finding the actual suite. Then there was the people, they were all collectively sweet and inviting people as they made the process simple and seamless. We were immediately welcomed and offered amenities. Taylor Preston presented that he was very knowledgeable and sound in this field as he was able to explain every facet of information in a clear and concise manner. Would definitely recommend 5/5.

I called the Preston Law group to set up a family Trust and was surprised that I actually talked with Mr Preston at that first call. We talked for about 15 or 20 minutes and he was so helpful. We set up up an appt and we’re very impressed. We weren’t hurried and our questions were answered. Our finished Trust turned out great and it was an easier process than we thought it would be. We definitely recommend them. If we should ever need legal assistance in the future we will use them without reservation.
