I hired Mr. Koch back in January 2024 to expunge my record from my misdemeanor back in 2007. He charged me a fee of $900 and said he would take care of it and would keep me informed. As of today 10/28/24 I have not heard from him. I tried contacting him and his front desk assistant about a month agoto try to get a refund and no luck. His assistant said, “I would have to contact him and ask him”. When I tried calling him and texting him, he doesn’t reply. Hire him at your own risk!
