From the day that I walked into meet with Jeff and Dayn it has been a pleasurable experience. I was forced to hire an attorney when my ex filed a motion for full custody of our daughter even though I had been the custodial parent since birth . After making a few calls to law offices I made an appointment to meet with Dayn Holstrom.. I have worked with Dayn, Jeff and Mariana throughout my case and I have never been disappointed. I was very comfortable with each of them. I never felt nervous at any time throughout my case. Before I hired them, I was representing myself and it has been very scary. They did a great job in representing me and won my custody case for me. I have an upcoming support hearing and I am comforted by the fact that I know I have great representation. Dayn agreed to work with me financially. Had he not done this I would have been fighting this battle alone. Dayn’s firm is the first and only attorney I have used. I will never use another firm in the future either. Comfort is very important to me and every person in that office makes me feel comfortable. This is a great feeling.

I’m writing this review many years past due. I was asked by a friend about my lawyer and looked up Jeffrey to see if he was still practicing in our area and found this site. Realized I never left a review and wish to correct that injustice! Jeff was extremely professional, prepared, and got me everything I asked for in my child custody case. He was able to do this with his sound professional advise on what to do for the best possible outcome for my family. He also told me with complete honesty all probabilities which made him seem like a fortune teller with his accuracy. Jeff truly cares about his clients and treated me like a friend. I strongly recommend him without reservation to anyone.

Divorced is a difficult time for anyone. It’s easier though when you have a legal team that is knowledgeable and communicates well. Having Mr. Roark and his team in my corner really made this process easier. I would highly recommend.

After going through a very toxic and hostile 2 year custody battle and having 2 prior attorneys representing me, my husband found Kristen Holstrom and Samantha McBride from Holstrom, Block, and Parke on SuperLawyers.com. The first time I ever stepped foot into Holstrom, Block, and Parke I was amazed. The office is very nice and professional, and every employee is pleasant and professional. The members of my legal team included several people, from administrative personal to paralegals and attorneys. Everyone works together as a team so every member of my legal team representing me knew exactly what was going on with my case. I never once felt the need to micromanage and had 100% confidence that they knew every single detail of my case. I never once had to remind them of significant details regarding my case. Their response time is impeccable and prompt, and it was very easy to get a hold of my legal team when needed. Despite their case load, I was always made to feel like my case was their top priority. Not for the person who is on a budget, but they are 100% worth the money spent! Samantha McBride was the primary attorney representing me and she was everything I prayed for in an attorney. She is an absolute gem and I have nothing but positive things to say about her and the law firm. She is top notch when it comes to her knowledge regarding custody laws, in particular custody cases involving substance abuse. She is very protective of her clients and individuals involved in the case, and will not say or do anything to jeopardize their wellbeing. She is very honest and will give you advice even if it’s not what you want to hear at the time. She is very tactical and strategic with her litigation, and knows opposing counsels tactics as well. She is assertive in the courtroom and quite a pistol, yet handles arguments with such grace. She took my case on knowing that I had been done wrong in the past by prior attorneys, and was more than ready to fight for me and my son. She was simply a godsend and was able to successfully get me 100% of what I was fighting for.

If you find yourself in family court, you have already lost. However, if you do find yourself in that situation. I strongly recommend retaining the services of Samantha McBride. She will ask the right questions, do the research and work to position your case in the most effective way in court. Samantha McBride truly listens when other attorneys just goes through the motions. There is no doubt in my mind, she was the reason for the positive outcome in my case. Thank you for all of your help, Sam.

at first I was a little worried about my case and the outcome...however thanks to my attorney; Jeremy Roark, I was really happy with my results and the support his lawfirm was able to provide to me. they were able to help me from getting ready for the mediation all the way to showing up in court and doing an excellent job representing me. ultimately the judge ruled in our favor and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome thank you to everyone at holstrom, block and parke for all the hard work you all did. Mr Roark was the best attorney I could have ever asked for hands down . He shows empathy he was encouraging he was kind listened to me . Even when I got upset he knew how to shut me up so I wouldn’t get myself in trouble in front of the judge . He was honest set a realistic expectation. When I say he fought as hard as he could for me I mean he was like the lawyers in the movies and the shows you see he was a SHARK and if your looking for a shark look no more he is well worth every penny . And even though I didn’t get the outcome I wanted he helped me not lose custody or have to pay sanctions and that is a victory . He is truly the best .
