When I was in the midst of the most difficult part of my case, in my eyes, I met Jeff. I was very nervous, unsure of what to do or how I would resolve my divorce. Jeff was very calm, assuring and detailed in his work. Jeff gathered all the facts, gave me concrete expectations and when we were in court I was completely assured of how intelligent and experienced he truly is. Jeff is an impressive attorney and will handle your case with professionalism and keep you informed. It then became extremely difficult to overcome the error of the Court. Thus, I sought legal representation. I was recently served with a bogus Domestic Violence Restraining Order by my wife of 7 years in an attempt by her to gain custody of our children and have me kicked out of my home. Being that I have a previous conviction on my record for Domestic Violence I was scared to death that I would never see my children again and that my wife would take everything that I owned away from me. From the first time I met with Jeffrey Sissung, I was put at ease and explained everything thoroughly. I always knew the step we were on and was always kept up-to-date on the happenings of my case, no matter how small they were. I always felt prepared and knowledgeable about my case because of their guidance. I was extremely happy with the outcome of my child support case, getting better orders than what I originally sought. I hired Jeff and his firm (Holstrom, Sissung, Marks and Anderson) to represent me in my child support arrears case against Department of Child Support Services. I am a contractor and due to arrears the state was about to revoke my license pending the outcome of my case.
