I retained Mr. Mubasher as my attorney for a difficult criminal defense case. He was very thoughtful in his approach with dealing with this case and was able to negotiate with the prosecutor to lower the charges significantly compared to what was initially offered by the public defender. Aside from handling all legal matters on my behalf, Nathan was extremely attentive and resourceful by providing plenty of information and feedback on the many questions I had for him. A legal matter tangentially related to me came out of left field and the attorney was aggressive, potentially bringing me on as a defendant and/or witness. Nathan was consulted and he quickly neutralized what was going to be an incredibly drawn out, time consuming trail of depositions, legal paperwork and court. I work in the cryptocurrency industry. One of the projects I was working on appeared to be misleading investors, so I chose to publish a blog post with my observations - which meant I revealed confidential information to the public. The project's leaders chose to send a Cease and Desist to me with threats of lawsuits and litigation. They wanted to squash my first amendment rights to inform investors about the situation.
