Mrs. Holly Moore is terrific! She's very punctual, showed up in time and got the job done. I was so stressed about how things would be said and how the results would turn out, but after our consultation I immediately hired Holly Moore. She not only takes her job seriously, but she gets to know the client and fights for there wants. She knows her laws and she doesn't just speak them in the court room she fights for what is right! She's respects the judge and the court room; which goes a long way when she evidence on why the decision/order should go one way verses another! I definitely would suggest retaining her to anyone in need! Why go into court with an attorney that can't gets results? Holly Moore gets results! She's the best!

Before I begin, just remember dad's... you have rights and your children are worth it. I interviewed two men, one that was overly-aggressive, and the other that seemed indifferent. I contacted Holly and what I remember most about my initial conversation with her was how she seemed to really care. Took the time to listen, showed understanding of my situation, and what sticks out in my mind is that she said, “in the end the truth always comes out.” …so I hired her. I was in a situation where the cards were stacked against me. My now ex-wife was very familiar with the court-system and had even testified against her own biological mother several years before... when my ex found out I wanted to leave her, she was so upset that she took our children, went to the local police and made a false accusation of domestic violence, they arrested me based on the accusation, I posted bail, walking home stunned, only to get a phone call from her the next morning as she read a temporary restraining order. I was thrust into unfamiliar territory as I’ve never been thru mediation, court, proceedings, criminal charges, etc… Holly fought for me wave after wave after wave for almost 2 years … the results: Everything I asked for I got…why? Holly is a great lawyer and I was extremely determined to fight for my rights as a father. …in the end the truth always comes out, and she was right. Thanks again Holly and Lindsey!!

Holly and her team helped me file for custody of my 11 year old son, as his mother was moving out of state and trying to take him with her. Holly's vast knowledge of family law as well as great advise on when and how to file to made our case run smoothly was very helpful. Holly also was very helpful in writing new custody terms, and final judgment that worked best for both parties. Holly and her team always kept me up to date on my case and insured that everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

Holly is a great a family law lawyer, very knowledgeable when it comes to family law. She does what is necessary when it comes to your case. She is always responsive and keeps you informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend her.

My original attorney didn't seem to listen or care what I wanted and ultimately cost me more and put me through a lot of nonsense. I went to Holly and she took over and was a pleasure to work with, listened to what I had to say and fought for what was best for my son and I. She always made time to discuss my case with me, was always on time to the court cases and made the overall process a lot easier to go through. Lindsay, her assistant also made the paperwork process very easy.
