I am pleased to express my utmost satisfaction with Moore Family Law. The team of attorneys and dedicated support staff demonstrated exceptional empathy and unwavering support throughout the entirety of my engagement with them. This was the absolute worst law office I could have picked for my divorce. I was completely scared and frantic. I HAD NO CLUE what i was in for divorcing a narcissist. And they just wanted my money. Absolutely no contact from them. I was scared and they did not care. They took a lot of money from me and then continued to send me bills after I fired them. I paid two of them and then they send me a bill for $33 bucks!!!! After all the money they took from me they still wanted $33.00!!!! I refused to pay that. If you have a difficult case high conflict divorce this is NOT THE LAW FIRM for you!!! They do not know how to handle scared women. Especially if you have had abuse and are not in the right state of mind they will take advantage of you. My story is long but bottom line they did Absolutely nothing for me and my first lawyer left this firm during my time there and was appointed a new attorney that did Absolutely nothing!! YOUR RESPONSE JUST PROVES THAT YOU ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN THE MONEY!!!!! LOL

I would highly recommend this firm. They were professional, always prompt to answer my questions, and provided excellent services with no unexpected surprises. Gave me peace of mind knowing everything was handled accurately and correctly.

Saying this law firm was TERRIBLE is a gross understatement. I paid their $5000 retainer only to be met with a condescending and rude attorney. I was assigned to Patricia Rayos and on MULTIPLE occasions she proceeded to tell me I could not afford their services and that I was a client that required hand holding... mind you she was saying these things because I was asking her to clarify what was going to happen the day that we went to court. She then went on to miss a deadline with filing my response to the summons I was served. The firm tried to cover it up and act like no dates were missed but the attorney even wrote me an email saying nothing was due until the 22nd of March, but my hearing itself was on the 22nd of March and the paperwork needed to be submitted 9 court days prior. When the office called me they ensured me that they had not missed the date and that they had until Monday the 13th of March to file... but the attorney had literally just told me she was not going to file anything until the 22nd of March. This firm was rude, degrading, and beyond disrespectful. In the short month that I was with them they literally did NOTHING besides mess up my case further. I am waiting to receive my refund and bill to see how much they are going to claim they burned through from the 5k retainer... absolutely worst family law firm I have every come across.

When I asked for help, this firm’s reaction to my situation was to quit because I did not have the money. I feel like when someone is hurting, don’t push them down further. I wish everyone their best but I think I really understand this industry now.

Bobby was so great to work with. He was always very responsive and always on the ball with our claim. My husband was in an accident with a city employee and as soon as we contacted Bobby through a family friend we had a meeting set up within 24 hours. They were both great although we mainly dealt with Bobby only and when he was getting the run around from the other party he went to bat for us. I will always refer Montanez Yu as we had a great experience for a not so great accident! Thanks again!
