She did not serve the other party the required documents. She could not keep the facts of case straight. She did not file the required documents. I would only refer to someone you dislike, maybe your ex.

I hired her for my divorce case and child custody case. Not only is incompetent but her paralegal and staff are highly unprofessional. After a year of paying her my hard earned money I find out that she has not submitted any paperwork for spousal support or child support or done anything to make my case move along or in my favor. She never returns calls,emails, or informs you about your case.
