The good part: Named partners are great, front office staff is great. The firm got me through my (uncontested) divorce in under 12 months without any major hiccups. Unfortunately the lawyer who actually worked on my divorce was not as good at communication or execution. Emails would sometimes go unanswered, calls were never returned, and requested copies of documents were never provided. In the end we ended up obtaining and filing some of the final paperwork ourselves rather than continue to deal with the associate.

I used Kaspar & Lugay for my custody case and I am so happy with their hard work. They respond within a timely manner and they fight for what you want. I’ve had bad experiences with past lawyers and Kaspar & Lugay have restored my faith in the legal system. I would definitely use them again.

I first talked to Brent. I immediately realized that the law firm was professional, subject matter experts, and highly motivated. Rob Sullivan was assigned the case. Rob is a true professional. He made me feel confident in his abilities that we were going to get me more custody. Something that my ex-wife did not want to give me. When we went to court, Rob was well prepared and gave an excellent final closing to the judge. I could see the judge was in agreement with us... I was awarded the custody I requested. I was referred to Kaspar & Lugay law firm by a family member. From the first time I walked into their office, they have been very kind and courteous to me. I was primarily represented by Arvin Lugay in my divorce (and is currently ongoing) and don't think I would have won my first case without him. He worked diligently day and night to make sure that we would be prepared in all our hearings.
