AmeriEstate full filled our requirements for preparing the Family Trust, and posting the same with county, makes life a little easier.

The lady that started our process has been great, she's informed and very helpful. The department where lawyers assist with other issues has not been as responsive

Chris was the absolute best when working on my DUI, I called everyone in town and trusted him more than the others. His price is very fair, and he was available via phone/email when needed. We ended up getting a wet wreckless, MUCH lower fines, and I am happy with the outcome. Chris put a lot of hours into it, including watching the entire interaction with the lovely cops, and I greatly appreciate his effort in my case, I highly recommend Chris!

Everybody talks about how easy the process went . it was easy for me too, but very impersonal. They don't want to hear anything, they want to get the process done, like a sausage factory. They have no idea about who you are, and are not interested in details. No guidance before, during and after the process. Moreover, 8 months after signing the documents, I realized that the trust had not been recorded at the County, by mistake. Then, I had to talk to Ameriestate about this problem... but who are you going to talk to ? I tried to find a point of contact, a name, in the trust, but there here is nothing there, only a phone number. So, if you need any help afterwards, this continues to be very impersonal. I wonder how the process is when you die, and your family has to contact AMeriestate. So I see good ratings to elaborate the trust, but I really ask myself how the experience is going to be when we really need to execute the trust. Summarizing, 1- how can a company exclusively dedicated to this, simply does not record your trust at the County??? 2- very impersonal, no point of contact for any need before, during and after.
