Teran was absolutely fabulous!!

My father and I had an excellent experience with Teran Mawhinney and Molfetta law. My parents were stuck in a timeshare that they weren’t able to get out of and the property was going into foreclosure. Teran helped us quickly sign a deed, in lieu of foreclosure with the timeshare company that got both of my parents out of the timeshare. These timeshare companies can be a real pain to deal with, and Teryn and team helped us fix the problem quickly and professionally. Thank you so much much.

Paid Molfetta 15K to defend me in court and put a lien on a home since I had a $2 million judgment on the owners. He never did anything. Wrote and emailed him multiple times. Saw him 3 times and the last time he said he never said he’d do it. Never would I had given that kind of money to him.

We were pleasantly happy with the results of getting our Time share canceled. Sean Waller returned my calls and answered my questions in ways I understood and we were able to complete the papers as needed.

Hired him to cancell my time share. He told us he would get rid of it in 18 to 24 months. Heard nothing from him after couple months. After the 24 month period I contacted California bar. He lied to them and my case was cancelled. Don't believe any timeshare lawyer especially Mr Molfetta

Molfetta Law did an exceptional job in taking care of my timeshare issue. Although it was a long process, they never gave up on me or the mission of getting rid of my timeshare. I appreciated their tenacity and dedication to make me whole. Great job and great people.

I hired Molfetta Law to get me out of my timeshare contract. After 18 months no work has been done. I've called and no one answers. I've emailed and no response. I've left voice messages and no return calls. Since no work was done I tried to cancel my contract. No luck there either. Don't waste your time or money with Molfetta Law.

The most recent reviews giving poor ratings are the same experience my family had. Hire Michael for a Federal case and promised great insights with his experience on a similar case. His office spends more time dialing for time-share settlements - no joke! Horrible follow through on his part. After I paid him, he then turned our case over to a different attorney. The final straw, he didn't even attend the sentence hearing, but instead, sent the other (very average lawyer) to court.

Paid them to get me out of my timeshare contract. They were able to cancel the timeshare in several months. The Teran was responsive and would call to provide clarity to my concerns to the process. Mr. Molfetta, thank you for working this for me and assisting me and my family out of a bad situation.

I had interactions with multiple individuals at Molfetta Law and they were all quite knowledgeable. The team of 2 or 3 that helped me cancel my timeshare explained the process and the timeline. They said contract negotiations aren't easy and it could take a few months, which it did. Molfetta Law did a great job with their negotiations and because of it, I'm now out of the worst investment I ever made.

Paid his firm to get me out of my timeshare contract. They were able to cancel the timeshare in just a few months. The staff were knowledgeable and answered their emails. If I were to take a star off, it would be because they are difficult to reach via phone. Thanks for the help. Never buying a timeshare again.
