I’m so thankful for Mohammad Kazerouni Fielding and his team at Fielding Law!! They have treated my case and were on pinnacle of things from day one! Accident: Sept 24, 2012 Injury: Hair Line fracture of Left shoulder I had tried pursuing legal action with a different lawyer before and it was a nightmare. The lawyer had me gathering all the medical and insurance info and I felt like I was doing all of the work myself. At the 2 year mark I wanted to throw in the towel. The guy that hit my car at $15,000 insurance cap, my unpaid medical bills had hit $30,000 and my out of pocket expenses had hit $4,000. Luckily Mike was referred to me by a trusted coworker, and I am so thankful for that. He is relentlessly persistent in not only closing a case, but doing it fairly and in the best interest of his clients. Even that far into it, Mike told me that he felt he hadn't exhausted all avenues and he would like to keep pursuing the claim. I told him go for it but if he ever felt it was a no win situation, to just let me know. I trusted him completely. Not once did he ask me for money. He said my job was to focus on my well-being and that he would handle the rest. Every now and then he send me a form to sign with a short note that he hadn't give up. Mike just asked for phone numbers and addresses and any names of people I had talked to, and that was the extent of my efforts. Through a very compelling letter-writing campaign, Mike closed my case with great results. Results: The medical bills were all paid, I recouped my $4,000 Plus more. I have used Mr. Kazerouni a few different times, and there is a reason that I keep coming back! After an already tumultuous divorce battle, I found myself in a massive amount of debt that I felt I was not responsible for (property, credit, loans, you name it!). Mr Kazerouni investigated each case for me, and not only affirmed my lack of responsibility in these cases, but also got the creditors/banks off my back. While that is clearly is considered a "win", the best part of my experience with him was his ability to remain sensitive, responsive, and CLEAR throughout the entire process. We worked with Mike for a case ( no need to get into specifics ) .. Not only was he on time to see us... But his receptionist was very professional. As soon as we got into the conference room he offered us coffee or tea.. Added plus. He never judged and was as polite as can be. I was referred to Mike and his firm by a prior client of his. I was injured in a personal injury case and hired a personal injury attorney. After having my case for over two years and keeping me in the dark, I came to find out that my prior attorney missed the statute of limitations on my case and as a result I could not pursue the person that caused my injuries.
