I found Oracle Law Firm online and saw that they were local in Costa Mesa. I had to sign some documents for my case and was able to meet Kayla and Ricky. Very nice people and I’m glad they are working with me, the process has been smooth the whole time.

I just had to show up to my appointments because Ricky or Roxana would text me the details. I never called myself, I would only confirm appointment dates if they worked, but that was it. I’m glad I didn’t have to do it myself because it’s such a hassle sometimes so I really liked how they do that for clients.

I was recommended to do chiropractic treatment, but I’ve always been a little reserved to that. I asked if I could possibly do Physical Therapy instead since my doctor recommended either or. Ricky found me a doctor the very day I brought it up. They work fast!

Oracle communicates with me. I’ve had bad experiences in the past where I would know nothing of my case or any status. Ricky was the easiest to reach out to and he would always give my case manager the info so I wouldn’t have to call again, their system is unmatched, keep doing what you’re doing!

I already had a workers comp case open with Oracle, but then during that case I was in an auto accident. I let them know and they were able to open another case for me! Their service is unmatched and Kayla and Ricky are constantly reaching out to me to make sure I’m doing okay. Thank you Oracle!

The first person I talked to was Ricky. He was very kind and supportive, and would always ask about my progress and my injuries. The doctors they sent me to were just what I needed, and their support throughout my recovery really meant a lot. The Case Managers were also on top of it and would talk me through everything.

I’m the type of person who needs to know everything, I would call every other day and Ricky and Roxana would always pick up. They usually had answers to my questions, but if they didn’t I would always talk to my Case Manager and she would give me updates on my case whenever I asked.
