I hired another firm to help me with my case. But they were terrible at responding to me. I would call Nd leave voicemails. I would email. I just got really fed up. I found Oracle and Attorney Reza on the internet. Their reviews were great. Their clients expressed they were happy with Oracle's services. I hired Oracle Law Firm after falling on a Big Budget film and was hurt and still hurt. My only issue is that I may have been unknowledgeable about where I could see a doctor as ALL of them refused me. I was overwhelmed with paperwork coming from the Workers Comp office and I was told that I didn't have to worry about that and the law office would handle it however I was not receiving medical treatment through workers comp and never got an answer on how to do so making me believe it was better to bare through the pain for the lawsuit and not charge up doctors bills. I was seeing my primary care doctor however those bills were not included in the case because I did not know any better. I may have seen 4 doctors in 2 years and they were all doctors from the state. Overall I know 1000% that my case was worth more than I received (I guess I should have called the office and asked more questions everyday being a pain in the butt for 2 years) however, Suzy, the last Paralegal on my case, was very professional and caring in answering my questions and helping me after the case closed in getting at least what I thought I was agreeing to. I think this is a great, reputable firm however be proactive in your case or you will lose out on money that should be for you to live more comfortable due to your accident! Do not sign anything without making sure you everything that is stated on the phone is either recorded or in print. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, I believe my case did not receive the attention that it should have nor were the medical records obtained as they should have been but I was afraid to not settle. Never settle anything in a rush!!! I learned a lesson! Even when you hire a firm you still have to ask questions, demand care and make sure you speak with your paralegal and lawyer about everything involved in the case and make sure ALL of your complaints were taken care of and you visited ALL of the specialists that were ordered before you settle a case. I never saw a neurologist which was ordered and my nervous system is tremendously affected since then and part of that is not being able to focus and organize and understand what was happening. Once you settle there is nothing you can do about it except realize that you got royally screwed! Hopefully this never happens again as this type of pain and the pain I will have for life as a result is not worth the settlement but if it did I would go back to Oracle but I would know to go to the doctor when I am in pain, don't force myself to go to work when I can barely breath from chest bruising for 3 months and report and record everything! If you do all of the back end work yourself I think they will do the work in court but you will have to pay attention!! This is my first workers comp case so I don't have another firm to compare it to. I will refer them to family or friends and maybe they can be taken care of fairly knowing what I know now.
