Was injured at work back in 2016. Need a workman’s comp attorney firm who knew there stuff. It was a pleasure to work with oracle law firm and get the settlement I needed. I will say I appreciated them taking on my WC appeal. However, once settlement talk seriously began and we were reaching the end, I began to feel rushed. End result after almost 1 year: an agreement that left me nowhere close to whole, jobless, and without any future medical. I was encouraged by the Oracle attorney to sign as it was the best one could hope for. Hindsight makes me think otherwise especially when I weigh in a few mistakes made along the way that should've never happened. In fact, I brought them to their attention so I wonder about the firm's checks and balances. With it all over, I'm left with just a feeling of "being on the fence" with regard to my personal interactions with Oracle. Would I recommend them to friends/family? Probably not. Would I go out of my way to discourage one who had chosen them? No. Good luck.

At first everything was going well. Up until the Deposition everything change. I feel as if I was in a hurry to make a decision. My attorney look like he didn’t want to be there and just get over with it. He didn’t give me any feed back but to settle. I really thought oracle was going to fight for me. Never again will I trust them. Or recommend them. It’s sad cause I really didn’t know anything. I feel as I made the wrong choice. But it is what it is.
