Complete liars and crooks! Run!! Here's a little insight to how one of their associates, Khoa-q Nguyen, treating my ailing mother. My mom has dementia. My brother had been living with her for many years until his alcoholism drove him to begin mistreating our mother. Her neighbors urged her to get a restraining order keeping him out of her home. My brother agreed to not challenge the order. One of the neighbors, knowing her condition, and knowing that there was an upcoming court hearing sent over Mr Nguyen to see my mother. There's literally no way that Mr Nguyen could not realize that she has cognitive issues. Still, he gladly charged her $2500 for a non-contested restraining order. I was stunned to see someone take such advantage of an elderly lady! After all, it's clear that if she didn't have dementia, she could easily have taken care of this matter on her own. But, here's insult to injury - I spoke with Mr Nguyen and he agreed that he noticed dementia, and he agreed to charge her $1,000. I was willing to compromise since my mother told me that he seemed like a 'nice boy.' Some nice boy, a week later he leaves me a message that she's happy with his service and that he's going to charge her the entire $2500. What a liar and a disgusting individual! Lawyers like this, and firms like this, give all the hard working, honest lawyers the poor reputation that the general public has of lawyers in general! What a low life!

Mr. Beckerman and his staff were incredibly helpful and professional. He is truly an honest man and a brilliant attorney! He listened to my concerns every step of the way and never once did I feel uncomfortable about the process. I would highly recommend!
