Never responds to emails or calls. I’m still waiting for doctor to continue seeing as John settled my case with no info..STILL WAITING JOHN!!! Can someone get back to me.. I have no referrals to go see doctor.. you never called me back now it’s been months..

I asked my husband to find an attorney that really understood workers comp. Mr hernandez office is that firm. He has been handling his case with the professionalism I expected. His staff. Is knowledge and helpful. When you have a work injury it is unlikely you will be 100 able to return to work and the benefits it provides are difficult to navigate in order to get them.
