A year and a half ago I had to find a new laywer. My first attorney had to retire due to health issues. At this point I had been at it for over 7 years fighting the ex over the house, expenses due me and alimony. I spoke to 3 attorneys and was told by all that I was wasting my time. This was after going through 3 judges during the divorce. The ex kept delaying the proceedings (I think her and her attorneys plan was for me to drop dead). Then I talked to Paul and he asked me, "Do you want to keep being nice or do the scorched earth procedure? Well in a year and a half we got the house settled, got the expenses and LIFETIME ALIMONY for me! Paul got it done! The ex and her "Beverly Hills" attorney lost on all issues! I can't thank Paul and his terrific staff enough!

I used Paul Eads on a extremely complicated case where I literally had to overcome mountains to get custody of my children from a unfit mother who was A compulsive liar.Paul Eads was aggressive in my case he caught the mother of my children and her mother lying before the court after swearing an oath.His presence alone shows that he is well versed and is a beast in court he will far exceed your expectations when I tell you his good that doesn’t justify this man.I want to tell u it’s literally a pain in the rear having to find a good enough lawyer and finding an honest one is so much more difficult but long story short honesty is everything to me and what showed me this firm is a good and honest one was that at the end of it all they didn’t look around to see where they can basically drain out the balance of my retainer reserve they literally wrote me a check and sent me my leftover cash and that to me said everything Paul Eads is the standard atleast when it came to the Aguilar case v Flores

Paul did not help in my case what so ever. I had a DVRO placed against me by my spouse. I lost custody of my child. After talking with my spouse an his attorney. I learned there were options available for my specific case, which would have lead to a different outcome. Paul was concerned only with his payment. Paul will take your money and leave you to hang. He did not bring up any facts I supplied him with. Rather he decided to use arguments even I knew were useless. Paul is a joke.

Mr Eads is seriously such a wonderful person. He helped me with my dissolution of marriage. Mr Eads and his entire staff was excellent from the beginning of where my previous attorney left off at and retired while my case was still open Mr Eads had to go through all that paperwork and figure out what was going on, i know what a headache that could have caused somebody and he jumped right in there with professionalism and handled my case very well and I'm very happy with the outcome in the end.
