Our family has used the services of family law attorney Paul Eads, and his office, on two occasions now between 2017-2019. I have had the opportunity to observe many lawyers at work and a couple of them give the profession a bad name. Paul Eads is NOT one of them. Having seen how I would NOT want to be represented, I am even more grateful for the representation Mr. Eads provides: He is ethical, efficient, not dramatic or promising things but realistic and diligent. Needed expert advise as My sons father was filing for an emergency order for Friday on a short notice and couldn't get time off work. It was late in the evening but Paul took my call took the time to hear me out and explain to me the procedures and what i can do. I was able to sleep knowing i had options and knew my rights. Mr. Eads was very understanding and helpful. Very professional. Responds back in timely matter. Answers and addresses all concerns. My case was a little difficult because we had a case open previously and that judge had been our judge from day one so she understood the case, but we were assigned a new judge who didn’t seem to care about the past. So she was siding with dad, until Mr. Eads asked to bring in minors counsel to be able to hear how my daughter felt and decided what they felt was in her best interest. He reassured me that everything was going to be ok. Sure enough we won the case.

Mr Eads and his staff were a blessing. It's never a good thing having to hire an attorney. Mr Eads handled my divorce and always made me feel that he had my back, which is difficult to feel when your marriage is ending. I have to admit, that after walking out of his office the first day, I wept when I returned to my car. I felt that I just sicked the Big Bad Wolf after the woman I love and spent the last 30 years of my life with. I still love her and didn't want anything bad to happen to her. The divorce was not something I wanted. Mr Eads, Nancy, Diana and Cindy were nothing less than compassionate the whole time. They made me feel that myself AND my wife were in good hands. It started out ugly. I was stressed and worried. I asked Mr Eads if I should be worried. He answered, "NO, Let me take away your stress and fear". Over the course of the divorce process things began to get better. My wife actually ended up dismissing her attorney. Mr Eads made her feel safe. That was very important to me. My wife met Mr Eads for the first time on our Court date. She said he was a very nice man. He was very pleasant to her and answered all her questions. The entire process took 9 months from start to finish. I'm sad that I'm not married to my beautiful wife anymore, but Mr Eads and his staff made a bad situation not nearly as bad as it could had been. It hurts, but I'm confident that we'll both be ok.
