Ilya and Peter gave us the best experience one could hope for in doing a bankruptcy. They were thorough, compassionate, organized, personable, and always there both before and after to answer questions. We would use them again! (Quick note for those about to do a Chapter 7 who have car pmts: watch your bank account to be sure any scheduled payments go through… the bank no longer has a contract with you, so if you had set up auto pay with them, they're entitled to stop taking your money, wait till you're overdue, then repo with no notice. Happened to us and we're usually on top of stuff. It was OK tho: we'd saved $ post petition so we were able to get a better car at a lower pmt!)
