The Barkadorian Law Firm has the best Work Comp Attorneys especially Anthony Cho, Esq. These insurance Companies sometimes make it so hard I had to go through trial and with my Attorney Anthony Cho’s hard work we prevailed and I’m so happy with the outcome. I hired Barkhordarian Law Firm in October 2021 for my workers' compensation case, and overall, I am pleased with their services. Although there were a few initial challenges, the professionalism and dedication of Legal Secretary Jayme and my attorney, Anthony Cho, truly stood out. I hired this law firm for a case of systematic discrimination of women and immigrants, whistleblower retaliation, wrongful termination, and fraud. The lawyers, which did not disclose that they were both associated with the former employer that I was suing (and now removed that info from their website as well), submitted a case in arbitration without my approval and without discussing the content of the filed case with me. 8 months later, the lawyers tried to make me sign a settlement agreement that represented a huge loss, and included clauses that factually prevented me from ever speaking out about the horrible abuses I and multiple other women and immigrants had received. The law firm leveraged multiple times on their very inflated legal fees to convince me to sign those documents, and ultimately placed me in the position of having to pay the legal fees in order to avoid signing what could have been used by the other party as a signed self incrimination. When providing the file on my case to me, I finally discovered that they had submitted a very weak case and the wrong claims, setting the case to an extremely low settlement for no reason, which prevented me to find a new lawyer and deprived me of legal representation, forcing me to represent myself in an extremely complex legal matter. Moreover the time that the law firm has allowed to pass from the filing of the case, has allowed the other party to collect proofs, information, and to hire private investigators to follow me and gather further info potentially worsening a case for which I had all the evidence, and has potentially allowed my statue of limitations to expire, especially for all the claims that the law firm has not filed and that had shorter statutes than the others.

I would give 0 stars called in for a consultation. They did not listen to the 2 separate cases and preferred yo just brush me off. Would not recommend a service in which doed not listen to customers needs.

Anthony Cho very experienced, handles things and gets things done. I never felt doubt or like I was in the wrong hands. Always kept me updated and in the end case ended well and I was happy.
