I received a settlement from Starbucks $30,000 and I got nothing. I had to beg for some of it. First he gave me $700 then a couple hundred more. Lee Arter then blamed it on his other attorney that he had with him Ron Gomez. They gave me a sob story. To this day it’s horrible. $30,000 Starbucks settlement in my favor. They would always give me an excuse when I would be calling saying this don’t sound right.

From beginning to end of my car accident processing, Ms. Elizabeth “Beth” Misas provided all procedures for filing my claims in a logical and simplex manner thus less stressful and necessary documentations required were easily obtained and provided on time to the lawyer’s office. She set up scheduled all appointments for physical therapy, X-ray and MRI as well as addresses of providers. Upon settlement of the case, Ms. Misas explained every details of what the amount represents for who, what and why but most important of all is that there is no more liability in my part for good.

My parents hired The Law Office of Lee Arter due to a serious automobile accident. Betty was the person that handled their case, she was caring, very responsive and helpful in every way. She answered all their questions and keep them informed at all times. She speaks Spanish which was very helpful in my parents case. Orly, the lawyer who handled their case was the best, she got them all the help she could and fought for their case.
