Where do I even begin. It was a pleasure to work with you. Nicest, most honest, and hardest working lawyer I've ever worked with. He had great open communication along with an easy going attitude with great extra recommendations. I was able to speak to him and explain what I needed to incorporate into my contract. Then I made some quick additions and adjustments . He was so quick to get it to me and the time table he gave me for completion was on que. Definitely will work with him again in the future. I hired Ethan to rep me in an intellectual property matter. He resolved it quickly and professionally. I felt he was in my corner.

The first time I worked with Ethan Kirschner was when I had to send a cease and desist order and was on a time crunch. I chose to work with him after speaking with several other lawyers for multiple reasons. 1. He was the ONLY lawyer to find more than one reason to issue the cease and desist and this reason ended up being the winning argument. 2. He was quick to respond to everything. 3. He was very reasonable with costs. 4. He did not waste time talking about the ins and outs of laws that I was already aware of and was quick to understand the problem and find a solution. 5. I liked him. He was easy to talk to and had a sense of humor!

Ethan has done a wide variety of work for me over the past 3 years, and all of it has been excellent. I run a small business, and Ethan has done all of our contract-creating. He has written service contracts for us to use with clients, and contracts for the independent contractors we utilize. Ethan is very rude, he is responsive, yet he did not take the time to answer my questions and inform what is best to do legally in my case. He is very unprofessional and poor mannered, seems like he is more interested in the attorney dues instead of the clients case and interest. If I were you I would find another attorney.
