Potential issues with billing practices and transparency
“David Rubin billed Dad for a lot of phone calls and emails to me. But never accomplished anything. He won't send a billing statement until you ask for one which allows him plenty of time to soak up the retainer, in particular my Dads retainer without even getting a case filed.”

“David Rubin was not competent to manage this. We hired another law firm prior to Rubin and Dad had to let them go because they were ready to file a divorce for my dad. But Dads ex wife had already divorced him.”
